GSLA'S ETHICS PLEDGE
- Safety is our number one concern.
- Members must know and obey all hunting rules and regulations. Any convictions for the willful violation of a game law will result in expulsion from GSLA.
- Members should learn as much as possible about wildlife management, hunting and hunting ethics.
- Members should act in a manner that would bring credit to bowhunting and GSLA.
- Members should foster good relations among hunters by setting an example as responsible hunters.
- Members should participate in hunter education and safety courses and encourage other hunters to do the same.
- Members should respect the activities of and promote positive relations with other hunters, landowners and the public at all times.
- Members should use discretion when hunting and removing harvested game.
- Bowhunters should encourage young people to take an interest in archery and bowhunting.
