GSLA'S ETHICS PLEDGE

  1. Safety is our number one concern.
  2. Members must know and obey all hunting rules and regulations. Any convictions for the willful violation of a game law will result in expulsion from GSLA.
  3. Members should learn as much as possible about wildlife management, hunting and hunting ethics.
  4. Members should act in a manner that would bring credit to bowhunting and GSLA.
  5. Members should foster good relations among hunters by setting an example as responsible hunters.
  6. Members should participate in hunter education and safety courses and encourage other hunters to do the same.
  7. Members should respect the activities of and promote positive relations with other hunters, landowners and the public at all times.
  8. Members should use discretion when hunting and removing harvested game.
  9. Bowhunters should encourage young people to take an interest in archery and bowhunting.
